Tenterden Social Hub is working in conjunction with Tenterden Town Council and the Ashford Volunteer Centre to look at the need for a community transport service.

Maybe you can’t get to the bus stop, can’t get onto the bus – or maybe there isn’t a bus service in the first place. Do you need to get about in the evenings and weekend, or during the daytime?

At the Hub, we have several minibuses which are only used at certain times of the day. We are looking at ways to make these more effective. Additionally, Kent County Council have some grants available for new vehicles, but we have to prove to them that a service is needed.

If you, or anyone you know, has difficulty in getting from place to place because of a transport issue please fill in the survey at  https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/NNJZB9J.

Alternatively, we can provide paper copies of the survey. Please contact us on 01580 762882 to find out how to get one.
